Privacy and Security

We understand the nature of your work. Accordingly, your information is held in strict confidence. We do not sell or trade our customers list. We only keep the personal information required to meet the requirements of government authorities. None of your information will be provided / disclosed to outside parties unless required by law. Orders placed through our web site are transmitted via secure e-mail. The only correspondence you will receive, via e-mail, is as follows:

• Automatic confirmation of your order via e-mail;

• E-mail at the time of shipment to provide you a tracking number; and

• E-mail(s) from Canada Post to advise you of your shipment.

If we experience difficulties with your order (such as credit card processing), we may also contact you to resolve the problems. You will not receive unsolicited e-mails (spam) from us and your information is kept confidential.

Return - Exchange Policy

No returns without prior authorization (e-mail us at  natpat@policesupplies.ca). Restocking fee is 15%, $10.00 minimum. Returned merchandise must be in original packaging in new condition. A charge of $25.00 will apply to NSF cheques. Check our FAQ section or e-mail us your questions. Tactical footwear can only be returned for exchange. The customer is responsible for shipping charges.

If you require an exchange (for different size, for example), please contact us before. Item(s) to be returned must be in original packaging in new condition. If  the exchange is due to our mistake, we will pay the shipping charges. If the exchange is not as the result of our mistake, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges, both for returning the item(s) to us and the shipping charges to ship the item(s) to you again.

Ordering - Payment Options

We accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cheques (Canada) and money orders. You also have more options than ever before to order and pay for the merchandise. You have three ways to place your orders:

1) Use our shopping cart and indicate that you will pay by  money order (for both cheques and money orders). Send us your cheque or money order (payable to NatPat Ltd) at the address provided below. We will ship your order following receipt of the payment. Please note that, even though the shopping cart we use allows for the entering of bank account information for electronic transfer, we are unable to process such transfer. Please mail us your cheque to the address below;

2) Use our shopping cart and include your credit card information (the information will be sent via secure e-mail). The order will be shipped right away; or

3) Download our order form and fax it back to us at our toll free number (Canada & USA). If you pay by credit card, your order will be shipped immediately. If you want to pay by cheque or money order, please mail the order form along with your cheque or money order.

Canadian Shipping Charges

• Regular Shipping :
•     Ontario :  $7.95
•     Canada (outside of Ontario): $9.45
•     Orders to northern part of all provinces, NW Territories, Nunavut & Yukon -- E-Mail us for shipping costs
•     For Orders outside of Canada, E-Mail us for Shipping Charges.
• Please note that if your actual shipping cost is substantially less than the amount charged, your invoice will be adjusted to the lower amount. In some cases where the actual shipping cost is substantially more than the amount charged, we will advise you of the additional shipping costs prior to the shipping and prior to charging your credit card.
• For all orders outside of Canada, customer will be responsible for all customs duties and taxes where applicable.
• Your credit card will not be charged until the order is actually shipped. We do not charge your card at the time the order is placed.

Canadian Taxes

• All Canadian orders are subject to the 5% GST, except for orders to the following provinces:
  • British Columbia where the 12% HST will be added
  • Ontario, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland where the 13% HST will be added
  • Nova Scotia where the 15% HST will be added.
• Orders to Ontario are subject to the 13% HST.
• Shipping charges are also subject to taxes as applicable.
• Orders outside of Canada are not subject to Canadian sale taxes but customers will be responsible for all customs duties and taxes where applicable in their own country.

International Customers
(outside Canada & USA)

• All international orders must be paid by credit card or money orders. Shipping costs will be e-mailed to you for approval prior to the order being shipped. Use option # 3 in the shopping cart when ordering.
• For countries with high occurrences of credit card fraud (such as Indonesia and Africa), we only sell if payment is made by money order or certified cheque.
• For sales to Europe and Australia, we can ship by air (fairly fast but more expensive) or surface (cheaper but slower). We will advise you of the cost of both when we confirm your shipping costs.
• Orders outside of Canada are not subject to Canadian sale taxes but customers will be responsible for all customs duties and taxes where applicable in their own country.
