How do I order what I need? Add to the shopping
cart along
with your credit card information or mail your cheque, money order or credit card
information. When paying by cheque or money order, use the "money
order" option in the shopping cart.
Do not forget to include the appropriate shipping charge and

What form of payments do you accept?
We accept personal cheques (Canada only), money orders, and the VISA,

How do you ship the order?

What if you do not have what I am looking for?
E-Mail us and we will try to find it for you and get

5- What is
your return policy?
No return will be accepted unless you have received
prior authorization. E-Mail us to get the authorization. Restocking fee is 15%,
$10.00 minimum. Returned merchandise must be in its original packaging in new
condition.The customer is responsible for shipping costs to send the merchandise

6- Do you
charge for NSF cheques?
Yes, we have a charge of $25.00 for all NSF cheques. (Top)
7- When
will the order be shipped?
If you order using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or a money order, the next day
assuming the item is in stock (we try to keep all items in stock). If the items
is not currently in stock, we will e-mail you to let you know and to advise you
when we expect to have the item in stock. For cheques, we will ship a few days
after receiving the cheque to allow it to clear the bank. (Top)

Is there a way to reduce the shipping charges?
Yes. You can place an order for a group of people, a
detachment, or a station and pay just one shipping charge instead of individual
charges. (Top)

Do I have to pay the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST)?
All orders in Canada are subject to the GST / HST
depending of your province. Only
orders shipped to Ontario are subject to Ontario 13% HST. Orders to other provinces
are not subject to the appropriate rate. Orders shipped outside of Canada are not subject
to Canadian taxes but the customer is responsible for any taxes / duties in

Why are shipping charges more expensive for the northern part of the provinces,
the Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon?
Shipping charges are more expensive because of
distances involved and because Canada Post charges more to ship to those
locations. (Top)

How long does it take for an order to the Northwest Territories, Nunavut and
Yukon to be received?
Canada Post indicates that it normally takes
approximately 19 days to reach the most remote locations. The actual number of
days could vary on a case by case basis. Refer to question # 7 for the answer as
to when an order is shipped. (Top)

What are the requirements for First Nations people not to be charged HST?
For an order to be shipped tax exempt, the purchaser
must have an exempt status and the shipment must be made to a First Nations
reserve. Proof of the tax exempt status (in the form of a photocopy) can be sent
with the
original purchase. The photocopy will then be retained on file for future
purchases. You can also include the registry number or the band name and family
number (commonly known as the band number) on the order form. If you qualify for
a tax exempt purchase, just disregard the HST box on the order form.

is my credit card charged? Your credit card
is only charged at the time the order is shipped, not at the time you place the
